My recent stay at Tolip Gardens Hotel in Cairo was a mixed experience. the hotel facilities are top-notch with a great outdoor pool and fitness center. Room amenities were impressive with a private terrace and stunning pool views. the on-site restaurant offers a variety of delicious American and international cuisine, perfect for a diverse palate. However, the staff training, particularly at the reception, needs improvement for a seamless guest experience. Overall, a great hotel with potential, but management issues need attention.
